All events are listed at the sole discretion of the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership.  We reserve the right to reject or withdraw the listing of any event without explanation.

The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership endeavours to provide up-to-date and accurate information, but we will not accept liability for the accuracy or currency of the information provided by third parties or for the content on any linked or related websites.

Communications

The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership does not accept liability for the failure of any communications resulting from access to the site or linked sites.  The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership does not guarantee communications will be secure or error free, as information may be intercepted, corrupted, amended, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses.  The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership does not accept any liability for any such matters or their consequences.

Social Media

The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership maintains a number of social media sites.  These sites are managed by our communications team in order to provide a regular stream of information, news and service updates.  We may also use these channels to engage and consult with road users.  Unless otherwise stated, our social media sites are managed Monday to Friday during office hours.

We welcome your comments, suggestions and questions raised through our social media sites.  However, we do request that you do not use these channels to post abusive, offensive or inappropriate comments.  We reserve the right to remove any comment without prior notification.

As the content of posts should be accessible to as many people as possible, and because the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership is unable to effectively moderate content in languages other than English, posts in other languages should be avoided.  The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership reserves the right to remove posts that contain content in languages other than English if, in its view, the content could be considered abusive, offensive or inappropriate.

We encourage anyone coming across offensive comments to report them to us.  You may either contact us through one of our social media sites, or use our online contact form.

The Sussex Safer Roads Partnership cannot be held responsible for any content which has been posted by a member of the public and we do not endorse these comments or the authors who create them.
