Each year, we send out thousands of speeding tickets (Notices of Intended Prosecution or NIPs) to motorists detected speeding on the roads of our county.

This section of our website is designed to give you more information about these Notices as well as about the Speed Awareness Course (which is offered to individuals who have made an error of judgement - i.e. not serious or serial offenders).

We also appreciate that some people will have specific questions relating to their NIP.  We've put a specific contact form on these pages for you to use - filling in all of the required information will help the team deal with your query quickly and effectively.
